How to Configure Custom Paper Sizes using the Microsoft Print Drivers
Custom paper comes in various stock sizes, widths, and paper stock types. The software for printing adjusts the settings to ensure that you print a document using customized paper. To change the sizes of your document, first ensure that the document is printed in full color. Then, open the properties panel of your printer and select “Settings”. On the General tab, you’ll find various set options:
General. Note that some newer models are capable of adjusting their settings by using the “Newest” option in their menus.

o Choose the custom paper size. The first step is to open the ruler or measuring tape that came with your printer. The inch and millimeter values will appear on the rulers. To alter the size of the paper you need to click “set”. Usually you can view the newly created document in the view pane of your printer.
o Choose the new size from the print dialog box. Click “print” in the print dialog box. A new page will appear with your customized size as the page size. To alter the page’s size simply click “print” again to display the changes.
o Continue the process for other custom sizes of registered custom papers. In general, the above procedures are applicable to the majority of printers that are commonly used. If your printer doesn’t support the latest size of pages, you must contact the manufacturer or provider of the software. In most cases, they’ll provide assistance regarding the new page setup.
